Design and Implementation of the Network Evaluation System Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Method

This paper describes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm established based on the principles of Fuzzy Mathematics, designs and implements based on Internet a software platform can evaluate the business on the network.
