Distributed power balancing in cellular systems using limited control-data flow

A new, distributed power-control algorithm is introduced. The algorithm is based on the assumption that some limited control-data communication is allowed according to a predefined data-flow structure. The convergence property of this algorithm is analyzed. Numerical study results are also presented.
