Research of the failure cause analysis and solving model based on TRIZ & AFD

AFD (Anticipatory Failure Determination) is a kind of failure analysis method based on TRIZ. AFD translate the failure analysis problem into inventive problem by reversed thinking, it can be used to failure prediction and failure cause analysis. The theory of AFD and the failure cause analysis method which utilize AFD and TRIZ are introduced, an instance using this method is analyzed.
