Measuring and de-noising of pressure signal in ultra-high pressure jet homogenizer

The steady homogenizing pressure play an important role in ultra-high pressure jet homogenizing process, because it affects fluid drop size consistency. According to the testing requirements for pressure signal in high pressure jet homogenizer, NS-F pressure transmitter, intensifier pump's advancing and retreating signal collecting circuit, and PULSE3560 multichannel tester are used for measuring pressure signal in upstream region of homogenizing valve. Subsequently, de-noising process is presented by decomposing and reconstructing fast algorithm of Mallat wavelet. The wavelet decomposition of original pressure signal using `db4' at level 9, Birge-Massart threshold strategy process and signal reconstructing are applied for better de-noising effect. The results will be the foundation for analyzing ultramicro-pulverization mechanism of ultra-high pressure jet homogenizer, designing the crucial components of the homogenizer and controlling the motion of bi-directional intensifier pump.
