Calibration of a parallel computation and acquisition system for virtual instrumentation studying

After a short description of a parallel acquisition system an information-based calibration method is described. The method is based on sampling the Shannon's theorem and a Helms and Thomas (1962) upper bound modified near the calibration range boundaries. The paper studies the coupling problem due to the board on which the sampler is mounted on.
