Science fiction becomes reality

Apple introduced its iPad earlier this year. There have been tablet computers before, but most had desktop operating systems adapted to accept pen inputs. The iPad was designed specifically with a simpler natural and responsive multitouch interface. Having used one for a few weeks, I would say that it feels like holding the future of computing in your hands.
