The application of the principal component method in business cycle analysis and prediction

In the paper, we explain the theory of the principal component method first. And then, we use it in the analysis of business cycle. The result the application of the method are also shown in the paper. We can see that this is a practical and less complicated method in economic analysis, and it can result in reasonable and practicable results.
