The Construction and Application of a Comprehensive Evaluation Model to Commercial Banks Operation Performance

Based on the analysis of factors effecting commercial banks operation performance, this paper tries to build a comprehensive evaluation model for banks operation performance, using principal components analysis. After that, we apply the model into seven share commercial banks with three continuous years' operation information and the results demonstrate that the proposed model is effective.
