Ultralow frequency oscillator composed of three switched-capacitor phase shifters

An ultralow frequency oscillator is discussed in which switched capacitors (SC) are used instead of resistors in CR phase shifters. The oscillation was stable down to the order of 10 /spl mu/Hz. The oscillation frequency varied linearly with the clock frequency of SC. An automatic gain controller is also discussed.
