Partial implementation and experimental demonstration of an integrated optical path and packet node for new-generation networks

We partially implement and experimentally evaluate an integrated optical path/packet node toward new-generation networks. Our own OCS control system successfully performs both dynamic changes of lightpath resources and lightpath establishment/release within total of approximately 6000 ms.
