A study of consultation management of building intellectualization projects

According to the current development of the intelligent building industry of our county and aimed at improving the construction quality of intelligent buildings, this paper provides an in-depth analysis and discuss of the significance and purposes of the project consultation management of building intellectualization projects and the main tasks of project consultation management during the decision-making, project preparation, implementation, completion acceptance, and evaluation stages of building intellectualization projects. It has some active effects for promoting the consultation management of intelligent building projects and improving the construction quality of intelligent buildings.
