Electronic commerce and IT's probable effects on Azerbaijan Economy

Today the concept of commerce has been redefine and it has been inevitable to examine the concept of market from different points of views. The reason of this is that electronic commerce has been getting the place of traditional commerce i transition from industry society to information society. The effects o electronic commerce are clearly seen on Azerbaijan economy like all other world economies. In this study, first the definition of electronic commerce and its economical dimension are dealt with and then the probable effects of electronic commerce on Azerbaija Economy are examined.
