By adopting game theory, This paper is on the study and optimization of "Furubotn-Wiggins model", finding out and making up for its inherent flaws, so as to draw the conclusion that Sports business bankruptcy can be avoided by the strengthened information communication in sports business. And this paper also puts forward concrete institutional arrangements measures on the resolution of the internal information asymmetry in sports business.
