Simulation of electron transport in single-wall metallic carbon nanotubes in microwave field

Electron transport in the single-wall metallic carbon nanotubes in microwave field has been simulated by means of the direct numerical self-consistent solution of a system of the Boltzmann transport equations describing transport and scattering of electrons and phonons.
