Common-path Fourier-domain optical coherence tomography with a fiber optic probe integrated into a surgical needle

We have demonstrated three-dimensional imaging of a rat cornea and retina using a 0.8-mum common-path Fourier-domain OCT with an integrated surgical needle probe.
