On this account, the companies need to develop a service network for global service provision, in order that the services may not only have a higher quality but also reach the customer in a shorter reaction time and at a low price, so that the companies can win the competition through the advantage of the Product's Life Cycle based Service support. The article to be launched describes a concept to design a suitable Service network basis of the SCOR model for the Global Distribution of Industrial service on the field of maintenance logistics and spares parts supply along the Life cycle of the machines. Further on it creates possible scenarios in order to design a service network within a service supply chain.
