Predetermination of the a-c characteristics of dielectrics by d-c measurements was discussed in an earlier paper.

The present paper further shows that the method of 3 exponentials, although predicting accurately the in-phase component of current caused by reversible absorption, usually yields results of less than the true value in predicting the quadrature component. Charts are presented that reduce the computations required in the study of a great number of specimens.
