Practical indoor positioning system using received signal strength in IEEE 802.15.4 networks

We propose a practical location estimating scheme which does not require any radio propagation fingerprinting or complex computation. Through implementation of the indoor positioning system, we show that the proposed scheme has reasonable accuracy to use for positioning a mobile target in an indoor environment.
