Finite volume with non-uniform mesh for the solution of Maxwell's equations

The constraint of "regular" elements for "finite volumes" applied to Maxwell's integral equations, has been removed by introducing additional 9-node and 10-node bricks. These form "glue elements" which allow bisection of brick dimensions ad lib, leading to non-uniform, unstructured meshing. These bricks also permit first rather than zero'th order boundary fitting.
