Adaptive multiple cooling surfaces Compact Thermal Model (CTM), and boundary condition independent multiple heat sources CTM

As power component manufacturers may not wish to publish confidential information about their technology, automotive system engineers lack in technical information for the thermal design optimization. The device structure and the material data information are particularly important for electro-thermal coupling, in order to generate correct Compact Thermal Model (CTM) [1][2]. In this paper, several innovations in methodologies for power component manufacturers are proposed, to accurately generate a reliable CTM.
