Pull operation-based adaptive network resource allocation with application switching

A pull operation-based network resource allocation architecture with application switching is proposed to apply QoS policy for non-SIP applications. Using the architecture, dynamic bandwidth allocation is successfully demonstrated for session-aware and non session-aware applications.
