Memory Management Strategies on TCP/IP Performance for Embedded Application

A TCP/IP stack requires system resources such as CPU execution time and memory to achieve its goals. These resources, however, consume scarce resource on an embedded target. This paper introduces the necessary design rules that need to be employed when porting a TCP/IP stack to an embedded application.
