On the analysis of boxed planar lines with gyroelectric substrates

The spectral domain approach is used to analyze boxed microstrip lines and finlines in multilayered lossy substrates with gyroelectric properties. A method to obtain the spectral dyadic Green's function is reported. Asymptotic techniques are used to enhance convergence of the spectral series. The root searching process is improved using the properties of the analytical complex functions.<
