No co-relationship in the marginal data and scale-free network with topological method - Marginal analysis and relevant solution towards roads construction and freight increase in Beijing

Reviewing data based on time series, there is a certain co-relationship between the development of city roads and freight increase in Beijing. But the marginal added amount by both of them can't show the same tendency as the gross amount did, this consequence would be a tough bottleneck for Beijing city logistic industry growing. To deal with this problem, we bring out the new idea to build up the road system as a strategy with the flexible property, which is derived from the scale free network theorem and topological method.
