A framework to bring engineering students’ work-based experiences into their education

A novel learning framework is presented. The framework enables final-year students to capture their workplace experiences and share them with their peers. Based on the success of the initial pilot run on software engineers, the framework is introduced to electrical and electronics engineering students and staff.
