A Resource Pre-configuration Scheme in Intelligent Optical Networks

A resource pre-configuration scheme which forms a pre-configured topology has been proposed in intelligent optical networks. Simulations results show the connection establishing time of control plane could be significantly reduced by using resource pre-configuration strategy.
