The semantic cookbook: sharing cooking experiences in the smart kitchen

In this paper we present the SmartKitchen, an instrumented environment to automatically capture, share, and exploit semantically annotated cooking experiences. We will describe our hardware and software infrastructure, and present a first prototype application, the Semantic Cookbook.
