Integration and Communication of Web-Systems Information and Computing Resources

In this paper the concept of construction and functioning of Web-systems information and computing resources integration and interaction platform's kernel is offered, that called to ensure forms and functions execution according to established scripts of computing processes, and also the algorithm of the adapter functioning, permitting to integrate a developed Web-system with existing program solutions is proposed.
