Some Specific Properties of Rician PDF and Possibility of its Application in Modeling of ITS Infrastructures

Some specific properties of Rician PDF and possibility of their implementation in the process of modelling and design of the ITS infrastructure has been studied in this paper. The existence of singular solution is considered and analyzed under different conditions i.e. for different parameters of Rician PDF.
