This paper acknowledges the typographical errors regarding the equations describing the radial transmission line impedances for the TL mesh (PRI medium) in the paper "Subwavelength focusing using a negative-refractive index transmission-line lens" by Grbic, A., et al. (see ibid., vol.2, p.186-9, 2003).
