Neutrino Astronomy with High Spatial Resolution is Already Existing

Summary form only given. The analysis of a database of photographic images of the Sun (obtained in the region of soft X-ray) by means of the method of multilevel dynamic contrasting (MMDC) has led the author to conclusions: a) both on the Sun, and in its nearest cosmic environment exist fractal skeletal structures (FSS) with topology identical to what have already been revealed by the author earlier in a wide range of scales covering almost of 35 orders of value, the phenomena and environments; b) The majority of the phenomena (connected with powerful coronal mass ejections of the Sun and protuberances) is caused by penetration into an atmosphere of the Sun and its body of almost invisible coaxial-tubular filaments, but not as a result of powerful internal nuclear explosions; c) the Sun-spots having a three-dimensional structure are a result of squeezing out FFS of the Sun (during its activity) from within to its surface and have the same coaxially-tubular skeletal topology, as the mentioned above FSS; d) some FSS (which were revealed in result MMDC of the analysis of images of the Sun in the field of soft X-ray) have radius of rotation around of its axis of less radius of a solar disk at breadth of their observation. On the basis of this, the author puts forward a hypothesis about existence of FSS of some quarc filamentary matter inside and outside of the Sun the energy of connection of which is ~ 5 GeV. Some hypothetical model of such filamentary matter is offered which is able to build FSS of the observable topology. Being based on it, possible processes are theoretically considered: a) the formation inside a star and the carrying out into space of the image of such FSS in a flux neutrino; b) the developing of these images in the form of a flux of the X-ray quantum (of obtained as a result of interaction of neutrino flux which came out of a star with an internal magnetic field of filaments of such matter located in space between the Earth and the Sun) which afterward is registered by a soft X-ray telescope. The numerical estimation is given which is showing an opportunity of construction of the image internal FSS of the Sun by the flux of soft X-ray quantum, given birth by the neutrino flux (at the square of an entrance aperture ~ 1 m

and at an exposure of only 10

seconds). Basing on value of the magnetic moment of neutrino, obtained within the frames of standard model, of an estimation of intensity of a magnetic field inside considered filaments (~ 3 10
¹⁷
Gs) and frequencies of registered quantum, the restriction on mass of electronic neutrino (m
_v
<5.1 eV) is obtained, which is agreeing with its experimentally obtained value. Observation and theoretically considered here the processes, actually, specify that already now we have neutrino astronomy which spatial resolution is defined only by optical characteristics of a telescope. The considered processes can be a basis for development of the future neutrino astronomies of the high spatial resolution, which will allow studying the processes taking place inside stars and in nuclei of galaxies.
