Study on Innovative Task Oriented Knowledge Structure and the Dynamic Visualization

With the progressing of science and technology, the ability of knowledge innovation has already been the most important factor for corporations to acquire and keep competitive advantage. In team innovation, it is important to understand how to guide and support the progress of team innovative task, and how to facilitate team knowledge innovation. To do so, we propose the method of task oriented knowledge structuring in this paper. This method combines the knowledge structure with the team innovative task structure. This method defines subordinative relationship, requisite relationship, and triggering relationship between knowledge in order to present the process of knowledge innovation. Moreover, according to the method of innovative task oriented knowledge structuring, the dynamic visualization of the knowledge structure is built. This dynamic visualization realizes the dynamic process of knowledge structure evolution. It provides visual and intuitive support for team knowledge innovation.
