The Objective Evaluation of Road Construction Project

This article discusses the concept of objective evaluation of road construction projects and confirms the estimator to evaluate, based on the formers' research on objective evaluation. We evaluate the target of road construction project at the owner's position, and constructively put forward a suit of indices using the logical framework approach on the objective evaluation of road construction. The course of evaluation is also involved briefly.
