Numerical Determination of Potential Distribution inside Single Open Ended HPGe Gamma Detectors

The first numerical evaluations are presented of potential distribution inside single open ended HPGe γ detectors. The depletion voltage and the internal potential distribution are determined as functions of geometrical parameters and impurity concentration (also allowed to be non-uniform inside the detector).
