Women in Engineering: Programs for Reentry and Career Change

Reentry and career change programs for women in engineering flowered all too briefly during the latter half of the 1970's and the first few years of the current decade. The development of these programs is traced and documented in this paper, together with the detailed description of one of the few projects still in existence.
