High-Precision Automatic Digital AC Bridge

This paper deals with a high-precision automatic digital ac bridge including a digital detector as an integral part of the bridge. The resolution and systematic errors of this type of bridge are formulated. An automatic method to reduce the errors caused by the differential nonlinearity is described.
