Comments on "Widely Linear Reception Strategies for Layered Space-Time Wireless Communications

The following improvements are provided for two major issues discussed by the recent paper by Buzzi et al. First, an elementary closed-form expression derived for the new performance measure is proposed. Second, a much simpler proof given of the integration identity is provided.
