Performance Study of Asynchronous FFH/MFSK Communications using Various Diversity Combining Techniques with MAI Modeled as Alpha-Stable Process

In this paper, we present analytical bit-error probability expressions of an asynchronous fast frequency-hopped multiple-access system over fading channels with multiple-access interference modeled as alpha-stable noise. Various diversity-combining receivers over both Rician fading and Rayleigh fading channels are analyzed based on the Fourier-Bessel series.
