0.7 V Monolithic CMOS LNA for 802.11 A/B WLAN Application

A new dual-band, 2.4 GHz and 5.2 GHz, LNA operating at supply voltage as low as 0.7 V, is designed and implemented for WLAN applications. The LNA uses 0.18 mum standard CMOS technology from UMC. It matches the input in two frequency bands easily without using extra on-chip spiral inductor, compared with (Li et al., 2004 and Hashemi and Hajimiri, 2001).
