Customizing Project Management Methodology

Well-structured processes and methods are keys to successful construction and management of any project, however a formal methodology is detrimental when its costs outweigh the benefits, it provides. Moreover projects and teams differ, so one methodology won't fit all of them. Different set of processes are required to manage different projects. This selection of processes for each project is not simple because a lot of factors effect the decision. To address the long standing issue, we conducted a survey to make this part of the project management easier by facilitating the customization of the existing methodologies and knowledge areas
