A Versatile Wide-Range Electrical Heart Stimulator

A versatile wide-range electrical stimulator has been built for stimulated fibrillation of the heart in animal experiments using readily available low cost IC's and general purpose instruments easily available in the laboratory or commercially. An outline of the whole system is presented along with a detailed description of the master control section which generates all the important trigger commands.
