Worst-Case Suppressor Testing Methods-The Minimum Attenuation Concept

A recent paper by H. M. Schlicke [1] proposed a worstcase power-line filter testing method. An alternative method, the minimum attenuation concept, also under consideration by CISPR, is outlined.
