A Proposal to Simplify the Expression of Power, Noise and Field Strength Levels in CATV, MATV, TV Broadcasting and Related Areas

The author proposes two power-related reference levels as standards for the dB expression of power and field-strength, and a "Reference Noise Bandwidth" to allow standardizing noise level measurements in TV Systems with various standards.
