Restructuring for the next century: An electrical engineering program in Quito, Ecuador

The problems of Ecuadorian universities are presented and discussed. Many academic and administrative changes are suggested, keeping always in mind the problems that need to be resolved, particularly at the Escuela Politecnica Nacional and its Electrical Engineering Department.<
