An Integrated FM Front-End Interface for Radio Receivers

A new integrated circuit further expanding capabilities of the Integrated FM Front End chip, introduced three years ago, is described, and a new AFC action principle is introduced. Also, a novel tuning system configuration providing optimum performance of the new integrated circuit is proposed.
