Software Connectors for Highly Distributed and Voluminous Data Intensive Systems

We describe a research agenda for selecting software connectors which quantifiably satisfy different scenarios for large volume data distribution. We outline the necessity for a framework which allows a user to select amongst the different distribution connectors available.
