Transmission decomposition and crosstalk evaluation in lumped-distributed networks

A method for determining the relative importance of alternative input-to-output paths in an interconnection network can be used to diagnose crosstalk. It is applicable to both AC steady-state behavior and transient behavior and can identify which stray coupling is most responsible for the interference and false signaling produced by unintended transmission paths. Networks containing both lumped and distributed elements are amenable to this technique.<
