Constructions of complex Hadamard matrices

This paper gives two types of complex Hadamard matrices, whose elements take on {/spl plusmn/1,/spl plusmn/i} with i=/spl radic/-1. The complex Hadamard matrices include binary Hadamard matrices, whose elements take on {+1,-1}. One is constructed by a real-valued Bent function and the other is constructed by a function related to Bent sequences.<
