A novel phase matching technique for polymer waveguide

Summary form only given. In order to obtain efficient second harmonic (SH) light in a waveguide, the uniformity of the waveguide has to be controlled within 50 /spl Aring/. A new phase matching technique, the so called electrical poling phase matching is proposed to release the severe condition.<
