Comparison between two methods for shallow water channel estimation

The underwater acoustic channel is probably one of the most complicated environments for data communication. We present here two differents methods for the characterization of a shallow water acoustic channel. The first method is based on an iterative least mean square algorithm, and the other one uses an adaptive identification filter.<
